Laura (she/her) is a certified Birth Doula, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Pre & Postnatal Fitness specialist who supports all folks through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She is passionate about evidence-based practices, reproductive justice, and trauma-informed care.
